What You Stretch: External shoulders rotators-commonly called the rotator cuffs (teres minor, infraspinatus), muscles below the shoulder blades (latissimus dorsi), and trapezius

What You Contract:  Muscles in the shoulders (pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, and coracobrachialis)

How Many Repetitions:  10 each side

How Long to Hold:  2 seconds
